Hi Neal –
"Wow! What a great job you’ve done! You’ve enhanced the plot greatly with more danger and suspense since you put Gustave in the Prologue and keep him solidly in the story through scattered scenes as the plot unfolds. His name and association with his thugs, who are performing all the dirty activities, add a lot of power to the structure of the novel. Everything is more firmly connected. Great job on this!
You start with a strong conflict, develop it with complications through the evolution of the drama, and end when Victor and his crew bring a halt (at least momentarily) to Gustave’s plans. You leave the book open for future sequels.
The plot is filled with good action and humor.
The characters have more vivid images and come alive on the page. You increased the insights and feelings that Victor shares with the reader, creating a stronger bond with the reader.
Again, very nice job with the rewrite. I expected you to do a good job, but you’ve managed to exceed my expectations. It’s a great story."

Best regards, Bill Greenleaf

Here ya go folks:

I'm a sucker for secret conspiracies, historical machinations, and heart-pounding page-turners, so I didn't have to think twice about picking up Psylent Revolution - not to mention I can never resist a sharp title. But, whew, I was sucked into this story, all right, and its well-drawn characters, crackling dialogue, and non-stop action. The title may be psylent, but the story will shout out at you - get back here and keep reading - whether you're on the street or in your car or anywhere other than its pages. Do yourself a favor this winter, pick up a copy and let it sweep you up.

All best, Paul Levinson

Neal,

Thanks for letting me read your book. I am truly impressed with your writing skills and imagination. The two years you spent putting it together were definitely not wasted. Your attention to detail and research is amazing and very evident. This story line was right up my alley. I was hooked within the first few pages, which is rare for me. The ending left me hungry for more and I can't wait for the new one. I was able to relate to nearly every aspect of the book and had a very clear visual of the people, places and events. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing. The book is a "Best Seller" in my mind. I am confident that there is a world of readers out there that would fall in love with it.

Thanks for letting me be one of the first to enjoy it.
